Seeking talent from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for a short film/proof of concept titled ’Where the Trees Grow’.
Synopsis: Two brothers, with a troubled past, survive on their family farm surrounded by a mysterious and supernatural forest. The eldest brother, Hamish has had to turn to an unsavoury line of work to support him and his brother, Raymond. Things get more complicated for the brothers when two detectives start sniffing around the area after a lady has gone missing just after being spotted going to the farm. What lengths will the brothers go to to protect each other, and what will the forest do to protect them?
Shooting in Co.Down in early June (dates TBD).
