Receipts & Invoices

This page explains how you can get receipts for payments made to enCAST for your subscription.

In general, each time you make a payment you will automatically receive a receipt for payment by email. Please check this first; and please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox.

Otherwise, the receipt/invoice you receive will depend on how you paid.

Stripe, Paddle, or Share-It

If you subscribed through one of these providers, you will receive an invoice by email for each subscription payment.

If you require one from us, you will need to contact us with your details along with your address (& VAT number if you have it) and a confirmation email from the subscription payment.

PayPal

If you pay by PayPal, this is how you can retrieve receipts for your subscription. If you have a personal PayPal account (i.e. not business) then you can do the following:

  1. Log into PayPal
  2. Click on activity
  3. Set the date period near the top-left of the page
  4. If you have a lot of transactions, you can click on the filter link and select payments only
  5. Click on the payment you wish to take a receipt for and you will see the details of the payment
  6. Click on print details to print the receipt (either to your printer for a hard copy or to a pdf file)
