How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

When you subscribe to enCAST you can access the full potential of our site and advance your acting career.

With a subscription, you will be billed & charged automatically every 3-months, or 6-months, or year, depending on the type of subscription you take out.

However, if you wish to cancel your subscription (i.e. cancel your Pro Membership) you can do so at any time with no charges or penalty.

Note, you do not need to delete your account to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription your account will revert to a Free Actor account on the site still allowing you to access many of the features here. After this you are welcome to upgrade back to a Pro-Actor account at any time.

After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain Pro-Actor until the period of subscription has expired; after this period it will return to Free Actor status.

For example, suppose you subscribe to enCAST on January 1st for 3 months and then cancel the subscription on January 2nd; your card will be charged for the 3 month period and you will remain a Pro-Actor for the full 3 months (from January 1st – April 1st) but then your subscription will not be renewed and you will not be charged on April 1st when you will revert to a Free-Actor account.
