about the project
For a short film (+/-25 min) titled ’Mistura’, a coming of age drama/ road movie which touches upon themes as identity, racism, colourism and exclusion.
Logline: The story is about the 17 year old Felicia, who struggles with her identity as a half Dominican half Dutch person. She is born and raised in a village in the Netherlands where most of the people are white. She is always threaten differently because of ancestors.
Shooting in Rotterdam in the weekend of 1-3rd of June.
The project is paid (low budget) – we can offer a small day rate for the actors.
