I spent most of my adult life pursuing a professional career (law) in New York, before rebelling against fixed perceptions of "normal" ways that one is supposed to live. I wanted to explore the nuances and corners. I now live in Berlin, where in addition to acting I also write and direct, particularly for German TV (3sat Kulturzeit; 3sat Nano; ZDF Aspekte).  Another great passion is storytelling, and I regularly appear before an audience (Covid permitting) at 'The Bear' storytelling events in Berlin, where my performance entitled "My First Crime Spree" was voted the evening's best. 

I am able to play a diverse range of characters in their 40's and 50's. I am well suited to play professionals, but also feel comfortable with iconoclasts, eccentrics and just about anything else that is captivating. I am about 188 cm. tall and weigh approximately 73 kg.  

I have studied quite a bit of physical theatre in the past few years, as well as Meisner and Chekhov. I am also a co-founder of a scene workshop group called 'Directors Collective' in NYC. 

I look forward to new opportunities and in working with smart and talented creators.
