Your Profile Pictures

You can show several pictures on your profile. For actors these will be your headshots. This article explains how to add/change/delete pictures on your profile.

On a free profile actors can have up to 2 headshots but if you need more then you can upgrade here to allow up to 15.

To add/edit your profile pictures:

  1. Login to the site
  2. Go to MY PROFILE > VIEW MY PROFILE > EDIT MY PROFILE
  3. On the page, click on the MEDIA tab and then scroll down to the HEADSHOTS/IMAGES section

Picture Specifications

For best results, your pictures should be:

  1. JPG format only
  2. A minimum size of about 800 px by 800 px
  3. A maximum filesize of about 1 MB

If you receive an “out of memory” error message, make sure your picture is not too big to upload. If you are still having problems, then please contact us here and then send us the image so we can upload it for you.

Note, we do not allow pictures which show too much bare flesh (male or female) and will remove them and ask you to replace them with others.

  2. On your computer, rename the original image from IMG123.JPG to marey_smith_01.jpg or similar (see here for more on what you should name your pictures)
  3. Upload the renamed image from your computer to the profile

Private/Hidden pictures

You can mark some of your pictures as private by selecting the checkbox by the picture. When you do this the picture will NOT appear on your public profile and cannot be seen by anyone. However, you will still be able to use attach it to a submission email when you apply to a job.

Remember, however, that you should always have at least 2 pictures on your profile showing so casting directors and others can see what you look like.
