About
Lili Murciano, playing ages 16 to 30, female.

Regarding education in the field, I’ve studied drama and theater since I was 8 years old and got signed with an agency very quickly (Studio Emme, which I was signed with until I started high school). I passed on to online screen acting classes (due to the pandemic) with Casting Director Anthony Aibel, and I also participated in various showcases with other US-based Casting Directors (such as Barry Kolker).

At present, I am a part-time acting student at the Theatrical Research Center in Venice, Italy; the method we use on the daily is a strategic mesh between those of Stanislavsky, Strasberg, Adler, Cechov, Meisner, and Grotowski. As an international student, I take classes both in English and Italian with a focus on screen acting. Professionally speaking, the genre of the projects I’ve worked on span from drama and comedy to horror, and I aspire to never stop pushing the bounds of my expressive range.

As for languages, I speak multiple: English (C2 level with an American accent), Hungarian (native), Italian (C1), and Spanish (C1 with a Mexican accent). I’m also currently studying Russian and German.

Aside from acting, I’m trained in Karate, Judo, and Kickbox. I plan on starting Krav Maga soon at a nearby studio and will start stage combat classes imminently. I also play the guitar and the ukulele, and enjoy composing music for film.

Regarding higher education, I have an MFA in Filmmaking (where I learned how films are made both as an actress and as a director) and a BA (with honors) in Political Science.

Besides the projects detailed in my CV, I also worked on various film sets in the AD department (“A Haunting in Venice”, “Alien: ROMULUS”, etc.). These experiences helped me understand what working on a professional film set entails from an actor’s point of view, as I was responsible for assisting the cast in their everyday routines.
