about the project
For a short film set in the tunnels of WW1.
The film is about 2 soldiers from both sides of no mans land who through fortunate circumstances survive a tunnel collapse. Both with no way of escape, they spend their last few hours of air, reminiscing of home. It’s a dramatic / emotional wartime piece inspired by moments or story points from films such as ‘Saving Pvt. Ryan (1998), ‘127 Hours (2010)’, Even ‘The Breakfast Club (1985)’.
Shooting will take place in a studio provided by City of Bristol College.
4-5 days of shooting between middle to end of May over a work week. Any specific dates can later be arranged with the actors.
This is a non paid student project however some expenses may be covered.
