about the project

In a small village, 20-year-old Magdalena works as a hitman to earn money for her boss, whilst he threatens her as she tries to help her mom and brother flee the country.

”Magdalena” explores the journey of a young woman who struggles to find herself, her values and her future all while her past comes rushing into her life in an action-packed thriller. 

We are a small student team from Breda University of Applied Scientists and we are extremely passionate about entering the AV industry. We have previous experience with filmmaking and audio-visual productions thus you do not have to fear working with rookies. 

The shooting will take place in November (specific dates will be disclosed with candidates), in the Netherlands or/and Belgium.

MAGDALENA (protagonist):
- Dark blonde/blonde hair with an athletic build;
- Go-getter, smart, reserved;
She got sold to a hitman by her mom when she was only 13 years old. Her dad was killed by a hitman when she was only 6.
