Sinossi: Giovanna e suo marito Paolo hanno invitato Roberto, il capo di quest’ultimo, a passare un weekend nella loro villa di campagna dove trascorrono l’estate insieme alla loro figlia Maria. Sperano che egli possa offrire a Paolo una promozione che permetterebbe alla famiglia di uscire da una situazione economica difficile. Ma, durante il soggiorno, Giovanna si accorge che tra l’ospite e la piccola Maria nasce un’amicizia ambigua.
