about the project
Casting 'Post-Digital', a student Sci-Fi short film set 30 years in the future about the dangers of A.I. In the short we follow Grainne, a journalist, who takes on this investigation to avenge her demons, and uncover the truth.
Shooting January 22nd 2024 - February 23rd 2024.

Grainne
Grainne, our protagonist, is a bright, kind soul underneath a hard, cynical exterior. A dedicated journalist, she is shaken by a tragic past, and works to expose the secrets of those in power.
Lily
Lily, Grainne's wife, can crack jokes like a whip, and is just as smart. Confident, quick-witted and magnetic, she is Grainne's other half, as Grainne is hers.
Lorcan
Lorcan is Lily's brother, and Grainne's best friend. A weathered family man, he works as a Garda to take care of himself, and his own.
