Urgent casting call for an upcoming short film titled 'In Perpetuity'.
Synopsis: Oliver, an 18-year-old boy, finally comes out to his parents as gay. Though, their supportive words do not encourage him, but instead push him further, making him feel as though the only way to escape his parents overbearing and hovering grasp is to run away. As he flees his home, he runs into Gene, an older man with a bold personality. The two begin to connect and open up to each other, their stories shared impacting one another for a lifetime as they both realize they can overcome their internal struggles after all.
Shooting November 21st (Tuesday) from 7:30 (calltime) to 14:30, in Paris.
This is an unpaid project as this is a student film, but the material can be used in any reel or portfolio. Lunch will be provided.

Character description:
Gene - Charismatic, flamboyant, and witty, 65 year-old Gene is struggling with his own internal battle after the loss of a close friend and lover. After a random encounter with young Oliver, Gene realizes he may be able to break into the struggles below his confident exterior after all.
