about the project

For a student film titled "Homecoming", a short fiction film of about 20 minutes about a young girl who feels purposeless and embarks on a trip to meet her grandmother for the first time. The film is a deep search of identity within a young person. The feeling of being lost and not knowing how to move on are prominent themes in the film.

Logline: A young girl, 18, feels purposeless and embarks on a trip to meet her grandmother for the first time, however tensions linked to her absent father arise. We can offer catering, travel expenses, experience on set and a small fee. We are looking for enthusiastic actresses that want to make this story come to life.

Shooting in Rotterdam at the end of April.
