Logline: Silya, a selfless girl, comes to Rotterdam to visit her sick mother, whom she has not spoken to for six years. During her visit, she is confronted by Marvin, a terminally ill and isolated twenty-something-year-old who has decided to undergo euthanasia the following Monday.

Total Pay: US$1,000.00 - US$2,000.00 for an estimated 10 days of work (flat rate).

About the character: A 20-year-old girl from South Africa, residing in Cape Town on her own after the abusive man, whom she initially believed was her father, departed with the girl she thought was her sister. Her mother had left nine years earlier, promising to return within a month, but she never came back. Contact between them persisted through video calls for a while, but it gradually faded away over three years due to frequent conflicts between Silya and her mother. Despite facing these challenges, Silya remains intuitive and caring. It is important to her to share her belief in God, whom she thought saved her. Even though she is a member of a church group, she senses a void in her heart. She feels that her ability to truly feel love has been compromised and that people exploit her longing to be part of a family.
