For a short film by MA Film Production student.
The film is called The Horned Man, and it’s a short psychological horror – looking at social pressures on men to be strong, silent, tough, dominant providers, and the damaging effects of toxic male behaviours on the protagonist and his relationships, particularly with his wife. The short follows the male character’s descent through a horror lens, as he’s haunted by a dark reflection of monstrous hyper-masculinity.
Shooting 18-22 July, 2021.
