De film gaat over een heterovrouw, haar Queer-familie en een bezoek wat haar leven doet veranderen.
JIMPA – is een viering van de LGBTQI+-cultuur en behandelt, met nuance, het conflict en de verbondenheid van een multigenerationele Queer-familie.
Dit is de meest persoonlijke film van regisseur Sophie Hyde tot nu toe.
Uiteraard is er een vergoeding per draaidag beschikbaar.

The queer family drama film JIMPA is made by a partly Australian cast & crew and partly Dutch.
The film is about a straight woman, her Queer family and a visit that changes her life.
JIMPA – is a celebration of LGBTQI+ culture and addresses, with nuance, the conflict and bonding of a multigenerational Queer family.
This is director Sophie Hyde’s most personal film.
Naturally, compensation is available per shooting day.
It is not yet known when and where the shooting days will be. But please register by email and you will receive a message about this in due course.
