We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund on your subscription payment. If this is the case, please note that we have a refund policy in place, which you may view here.

However, we kindly remind you that when you subscribed to our service and agreed to our terms and conditions, it was clearly stated that payment would be by subscription and that payments would be taken until cancelled. Additionally, we stipulated that refunds can only be issued if the subscription payment was made within the last 48 hours. Please note, as per our terms and conditions, there is a small charge for processing refunds requested by the customer to cover the costs incurred by enCAST to the credit card processing company.

As such, we recommend that you carefully review your subscription details and cancel your subscription before submitting a refund request to avoid any future payments. You can cancel your subscription by following the instructions here.
