How to Login

To log into enCAST, you must already have an profile on the site. (If you don’t have a profile yet, you can join for free here.)

1. Go here: https://encast.eu/login/
2. Put in your username or e-mail
3. Put in your password
4. if you click the remember me button, you will remain logged in for 14 days (assuming your browser settings allow this) but do not use this on a public computer as anyone will have access to your enCAST account!
5. Click the LOGIN button

If you are having problems logging in these ideas might help.

• Try with your e-mail instead of your username (or vice versa)
• Check carefully the spelling and content of your password (we recommend using a password manager like Dashlane)
• Reset your password (see below)

If you can’t remember your password, or you cannot login for some reason, you should try to reset your password.

1. Visit this page and put in your email address
2. We will send a special link to your email which you can use to generate a new password – this usually arrives within a minute or so
3. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.

Please make sure to check your spam folder in case the message from us ends up there.

If all else fails, please contact us and we can manually reset your password.

Please note, however, that we can only deal with the email currently linked to a profile.
