Your Profile Pictures

Adding a picture to your profile is easy.

To upload a new photo:

1. Go to your profile edit page.

2. Find the section called “Headshots”.

3. Click the button that says “+ Add Photo”.

4. Choose a photo from your computer or phone. 

5. Repeat to add more.

Note: the picture must be in JPG format only.

To change the order of your photos:

1. Click and hold on a photo.

2. Drag it to a new place.

3. Release the mouse button to drop it there.

4. The new order is saved when you click “Save Changes”.

To delete a photo:

1. Click the small “×” in the corner of the photo.

2. The photo disappears from the list.

3. It will be fully deleted when you click “Save Changes”.

Tips:

• Only upload clear headshots of yourself.

• Make sure the photos are recent.

• Do not upload other people’s photos.

That’s it! Your photos are now part of your profile.

What happens when you upload a picture? #

Simple. We rename it first to:

• [your-name]_[number].jpg

For example:

• marey-j-smith_01.jpg
• marey-j-smith_02.jpg

This means that if a Casting Director downloads it, they can see immediately who the picture is of.

Then we will resize it so that you have:

• an image about 1000px by 1000px for the screen carousel
• an image about 500px by 500px for your profile
• an image about 150px by 150px as a thumbnail
