How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

When you subscribe to enCAST, you gain full access to our website and can enrich your acting career.

You will be automatically billed every 3 months, 6 months, or annually, depending on the subscription plan you choose.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time without any extra fees or penalties.

Remember, cancelling your subscription does not mean you have to delete your account. If you cancel, your account will change back to a Free Actor account, which still allows you to use many of the site’s features. You can upgrade to a paid account again whenever you like.

Even after you cancel, your account will keep its upgraded status until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will switch to Free Actor status.

For instance, if you start a 3-month subscription on January 1st and cancel it on January 2nd, your card will still be charged for the full 3 months. You will remain a paid actor until April 1st. Your subscription will not renew after that, and you won’t be charged further.
