Auto Check Your Profile
Every time you make changes to your profile, or if you just want to make sure everything is ok, then you should run an Auto Check.
This is a simple, automatic, procedure which goes through the main sections of your profile and makes sure they are ok.
Running the auto check
To run the check:
- Login to enCAST
- Go to your profile and click on the Auto Check link at the top
Error messages
Because the check is automatic, it is not 100% perfect. Sometimes it will flag up an issue when one does not exist.
For example, it might say that your email is not showing in your CV when it is. If you know your email is in your CV, you can safely ignore this message.
Not a problem. Simply contact us and let us know so we can tweak the system and make sure it doesn’t happen again!
Problems reading CV
Sometimes we are unable to automatically read the CV. This is most often due to a technical problem and not because of any error with the CV.
If you can click on the CV title and read it yourself from within your profile, then it is most likely fine.
Otherwise click this link to check your profile and bypass your cv.
