A young American woman travels to Bangkok seeking answers about her sister's mysterious death, which occurred while the sister was engaged in online webcam sessions with strangers. She begins her own webcam interactions to draw out the killer, only to find herself ensnared in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game with a disturbed individual who uses the internet to prey on vulnerable people.
