A young woman named Taryn Barker, haunted by a traumatic past involving demonic forces, takes it upon herself to hunt down and destroy supernatural entities. When a child is reported missing and suspected to be in the clutches of a demon, Taryn is brought in to investigate and confront the evil responsible. Her methods and claims pit her against sceptical authorities even as the threat she faces proves devastatingly real.
