Three episodes explore the biggest questions in cosmology and physics as Stephen Hawking presents his view that the universe requires no creator and that the laws of nature alone can account for existence. Drawing on modern science, Hawking examines whether time travel is possible, what triggered the Big Bang, and whether a unified theory of everything is within reach. Throughout, he argues that the universe spontaneously created itself from nothing, guided purely by physical law.
