A elven assassin named Tallis is dispatched by the Qunari to capture a rogue mage who has stolen a powerful mask capable of summoning a demon. Her pursuit leads her to reluctantly join forces with a Templar, a mercenary and other unlikely allies as they track their quarry through dangerous lands. The series explores themes of loyalty, identity and redemption as Tallis confronts both external enemies and her own troubled past.
