A small-time con artist in 1980s Lucknow sets out to avenge the murder of his father, using his skills of deception and disguise to systematically dismantle the powerful figures responsible. As he works his way through a web of corrupt politicians, criminals and influential elites, his schemes grow increasingly elaborate and dangerous. The series blends revenge drama with dark humour, drawing on the pulpy aesthetic of Hindi crime fiction from that era.
