A middle-aged woman joins the Italian police force as a detective and must navigate the challenges of a male-dominated workplace whilst simultaneously managing the demands of her family life. Each episode follows her as she investigates crimes whilst dealing with sceptical colleagues who underestimate her abilities. Her determination and unconventional methods gradually earn her respect within the precinct.
