A young con artist arrives in Berlin with nothing to his name and teams up with a charismatic property developer to run an audacious real estate fraud, selling nonexistent luxury apartments to gullible investors. As the money pours in, their extravagant lifestyle of drugs, parties and reckless spending spirals out of control. The scheme grows ever more precarious as the pair struggle to keep their fabricated empire from collapsing around them.
