A young girl named Dorothy is swept away from her home by a powerful storm and finds herself in a strange and colourful fantasy land. She embarks on a journey along a magical road to reach a powerful wizard who she hopes can send her back home, accompanied by a scarecrow, a tin man, and a cowardly lion. Along the way the group face the threats of a wicked witch determined to stop them from reaching their goal.
