Stulecie Winnych
Directed by Michał Rogalski (2020)
A Polish family saga spanning several generations of the Winny family, set against the backdrop of major historical upheavals of the twentieth century in the Mazovia region. The story follows their lives through periods of war, occupation, and political transformation, depicting how ordinary rural people endure and adapt to the sweeping changes reshaping their country. Personal relationships, family loyalties, and the rhythms of farm life remain at the centre of the narrative as history repeatedly intrudes upon their world.
