An elderly man who has spent his retirement living quietly alone finds his routine upended when his adult son unexpectedly deposits his two grandchildren on his doorstep. Forced to take on an active role as a grandparent for the first time, he must navigate the chaos of modern family life whilst discovering unexpected bonds with the youngsters. The experience ultimately prompts him to reassess his own priorities and what truly matters in his later years.
