A Swedish family gathers at their summer house to celebrate a graduation, but the reunion gradually exposes long-simmering tensions and secrets beneath the surface of their cheerful traditions. The story unfolds over the course of a single day, peeling back the façade of domestic harmony to reveal the complicated emotional lives of each family member.
