Ethan Hunt and the IMF team find themselves disavowed and hunted after a shadowy organisation known as the Syndicate — a rogue network of highly trained operatives — launches a global campaign of terror. Forced to work outside official channels, Ethan must forge an uneasy alliance with a mysterious woman whose true loyalties remain unclear.
