The Rescue
(2020)
A daring international rescue operation unfolds as a young boy and his football teammates become trapped deep inside a flooded cave system in northern Thailand. When conventional rescue efforts prove insufficient, a group of amateur cave divers with specialised expertise are brought in to attempt the seemingly impossible extraction. The documentary examines the extraordinary collaboration between Thai military personnel, international volunteers, and local communities that ultimately saved all twelve boys and their coach.
