Oh, Ramona!
(2019)
A Romanian teenage boy becomes obsessed with two very different girls during a summer holiday — the unattainable and beautiful Ramona, and the eager, affectionate Anemona. Torn between lust and genuine connection, he fumbles through a series of comedic and awkward encounters as he tries to navigate adolescent desire. The film, based on Andrei Ciobanu's popular novels, blends raucous humour with coming-of-age sentiment set against a sunny Romanian backdrop.
