Mi Soledad Tiene Alas
Directed by Mario Casas (2023)
A group of young people living on the margins in a rough Madrid neighbourhood turn to petty crime and street life as a way of surviving and finding belonging. Friendships, loyalty, and the desperate desire to escape poverty bind them together even as violence and danger close in around them. The film follows their struggles to find hope and identity amid circumstances that seem designed to trap them.
