A Pure Place

A German-Greek co-production set on a remote island where a cult leader runs a soap factory using near-slave labour, presenting himself as a spiritual guide to his followers. Two siblings arrive seeking their missing mother and become entangled in the community's disturbing rituals and the leader's manipulative grip over his devotees. As the children try to uncover the truth and escape, the façade of purity and transcendence crumbles into violence and desperation.
