Revenge

A young woman is left for dead in the desert after being brutally assaulted by the associates of her married lover during a hunting trip in a remote location. Defying all odds, she survives and sets out on a relentless, blood-soaked pursuit to kill each of the men responsible. The film, directed by Coralie Fargeat, subverts the rape-revenge genre through bold visual style and a focus on female empowerment.

Wait — I should write only the neutral plot summary without mentioning the director or genre commentary, and keep it to 2–4 sentences. Let me revise:

A young woman accompanying her wealthy, married lover on a remote desert hunting trip is sexually assaulted by his friends and left to die on an isolated cliff. Miraculously surviving, she transforms into a formidable predator and embarks on a brutal campaign to hunt down and kill each of the men who wronged her. What follows is an intensely visceral cat-and-mouse pursuit across a scorched, barren landscape.
