Genezis
(2018)
A young Hungarian woman struggles to forge her own identity and independence whilst navigating the expectations of her conservative family in a small provincial town. Her coming-of-age journey is complicated by her developing sense of self, romantic entanglements, and the stifling social pressures of her community. The film observes her gradual awakening as she seeks a life beyond the boundaries set for her by tradition and circumstance.
