Nico Amedeo, born Nicolò Amedeo Novek, is an Italian-American Actor and Filmmaker.
He studied Acting at the Shanghai Theatre Academy, where he learned the Meisner Technique under Scott Trost, Director of the Meisner Institute, Fitzmaurice Voice Work, with Katherine Fitzmaurice herself, and Body Architecture Movement Technique under 王晶须, developer of the technique. Simultaneously, he improved his craft working in the Shanghai Indie Market and the mainstream Chinese Market, working in such films as Ip Man 4.
He has acted in over a dozen stage plays, four live performances, two music videos and 30+ film projects including short films, TV Series, and feature Films, in English, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.
In 2021 he graduated from the Master's in Filmmaking from the Ca Foscari University of Venice.
