JÁ International Theatre is urgently looking for an intrepid female thespian to play the role of Estelle in its boldly re-imagined English language adaptation of NO EXIT directed by Ed Hooks.
Premiering on Dec. 8 for a 2 week run at the Museum of Natural History in Lisbon, Portugal.
Auditions will be held in the week from 06/11- 12/11

Estelle was raised as orphan in France, married a kindly older, wealthy man who supported her and her brother. Had an affair with a man her own age and became pregnant. Delivered the baby and, in a fit of emotional despair, threw the child from a balcony, killing it. Recently deceased, Estelle died of pneumonia. Her deep secret , which comes out during the play, is the murder of her child. Her personality is upper-class, a bit delicate – and evasive.
