Mysterium Tours, an international company that operates evening walking tours is seeking talented STORYTELLERS with a good understanding of dramatic techniques, to perform oral STORYTELLING, in terms of old legends and tales. Telling ghost stories and tales in an exciting, inspiring, and enjoyable way to discover the lore of a place.

Looking to fill the following roles:

We are seeking talented storytellers and narrators, to guide visitors along the streets of the old town. The candidate must be a fan of the old-fashioned, with a feel for the macabre; with a deep voice suitable to narrate ghost stories and dark legends.

The activities run 3 evenings a week from 20:00 for less than 2 hours.

Desired skills:
– An excellent use of the English language with high proficiency level.
– A look appropriate for impersonating an elegant gentleman or noble lady from the olden days.
– Devotion for history, myths, legends.
– Capability to memorize scripts and interpret for an audience.
– A charismatic voice with good projection, suitable for narrating historical facts and dark tales.
– Being familiar with wearing elegant, possibly, period outfits: gothic / renaissance / victorian / steampunk.
– Be independent, responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.
