For a short film titled, ’A Peculiar Night,’ to be created by students of the Breda University of Applied Sciences.
Shooting days will be 19th and 20th of May.
If possible, a (online) table read will be organised. The actors must speak English, as it will be the language of the film and on set.
”A Peculiar Night” is a horror-parody, containing practical effects and the occasional bad joke and slapstick. It will be a fun movie, that will have the audience scared and delighted at the very same time.
Non paid but we will be offering catering and a good opportunity for everyone that wants to expand their portfolio.
Plot: Gilbert, A law school-graduate moves into his new home. He goes to sleep after moving all his belongings there. However, this first night does not go as peaceful as Gilbert had hoped. During the night, strange things happen. In a fit of panic, Gilbert passes out and doesn’t wake up until the next morning, standing face-to-face with Chadwick, a friendly ghost that wants nothing but a bit of company. Chadwick tries to give his new roommate a warm welcome. Gilbert now has no other choice but to accept the fact that he’s sharing his house, with a ghost.
