about the project
For a student short film about lgbtq subject titled ‘Change’, a romantic drama as well as a coming-of-age story about two boys, Isaac and Max.
Synopsis: the story takes place in a small town where the boys live. they meet each other through their church community. when Isaac and max first meet, they both find it impossible to resist the instant connection that exists between them. Because both were raised by severely homophobic parents, the question arises as to whether they will be able to accept who they truly are or comply with their parents’ wishes.
It’s a short movie with a lgbtq subject, but the movie is also about the journey of self-expression and self-love.
Casting on December 5 in the Hague.
Shooting days are from December 12 until December 16.
Catering provided on the shooting days and if needed we will discuss if we can cover any transport costs on those days. We will also give you all the material we shot, so you can use this with your upcoming projects and auditions.

ROLE 2: Max (main character)
Max feels like he doesn't fit in the town he is living in. He is though, cool and a bit rebellious and knows what he wants, but still struggles with societies opinions.
