For the MILAN BRITISH FESTIVAL, 2015: MOTHER TONGUE ENGLISH ACTORS (male & female) In about 2 weeks we will start a work putting together a group focused on performing new British plays coming especially (but not only) from those the FIinborough Theatre in London has staged over the past years. Other plays could come from other well known London theatres. The aim of the group is to create a team of highly motivated people (actors, playwrights, translators) who will team up for the Milan New British Playwriting Festival which will take place in Milan in October 2015. The group will be initially lead by FIona Dovo (Teatro delle Formiche) and Francesco Lovati (actor). We will develop and perform and translate different plays and it is possible that some of the participants will end up acting in one of the plays during the Festival. Participation in the group is free of charge, only 15 euro in total will be shared among the participants to pay for the rehearsal room. The meetings will take place in Milan around via Pier Della Francesca.
