For a short LGBTQ sci-fi film. “Bottle Rocket” meets “Ghost World” in this quirky, comedic-yet-emotional short film that’s a mish-mash of hard sci-fi and young love set in the Northwest of England, due to be filmed this summer.
Synopsis: When the ever-chaotic Robin invents a time machine and invites her best friend Lizzy to take it for a spin, the two women begin to explore the possibilities of their forever-changed lives and the relationship that simmers between them.
Auditions* are held June 5th – 11th in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. *In your application please note preferred location for the audition.

Lizzy is as funny as she is smart. She thinks before she speaks as a way to combat the constant stream of knowledge in her brain.
As a result of the quiet life she leads, Lizzy has a tendency to shut herself off from the world. When she isn’t talking, her eyes are alive with thoughts and emotions.
