The Language of your Submission

When you apply to a job here on enCAST you should always write in the language requested.

So, for example, if a production is based in Spain and asks for English speakers but wants applications in German… then you should write in German!

Why is this important?

Suppose the role is for an English speaker and the casting and job is in Poland. It may well be that the person looking through the applications does not speak English at all so they will not be able to understand your application if you write in English. So then they might just bin your application and deal only with those written in Polish!

This is why if you write your application in the “wrong” language we’ll send it back to you (it’s checked automatically) and ask you to re-send it in the right application language.
