If you’re NOT Upgraded after Subscribing

When you subscribe you will be upgraded to Pro-Actor status on enCAST.

In over 99% of cases your profile will upgrade automatically. You can always check this by looking under your name on your profile. If you’ve upgraded successfully it will say: a pro-actor on enCAST.

What if it still says ACTOR after I’ve subscribed?

There are a few reasons why this happens but fortunately it’s very easy to fix.

  • Press F5 or ⌘R on your browser to refresh the page

If this doesn’t work, try this:

  • Log out of enCAST, close your browser, then re-open it and log back in

This should clear up most issues.

However, if it still does not work, please contact us here and we will do our utmost to get things working as soon as possible!

Why does this happen?

The main reasons the automatic upgrade doesn’t work are because either you were not logged in when you subscribed, or you used a different email address from the one you registered on this site with.

But it doesn’t matter; we’ll get it sorted very soon.
