How can I change my Username?

The simple answer is that you can’t.

But the good news is that you can change the name on your profile very easily.

Your USERNAME is used when you login (alongside your email and password).

However, remember that it does not appear on your profile or the site. It’s only used internally.

This is the name that appears on your profile. It’s the name people will see when they come to the site.

So for example, you might login with your username as mary123 but on your profile it will show your professional name, Marey J. Smith.

If you want to change your PROFESSIONAL NAME simply

1. Login to enCAST
2. Go to MY PROFILE > VIEW MY PROFILE > EDIT MY PROFILE and on the BASIC INFO tab you’ll see something like this:

* Note that for Actors this is called the ACTING NAME; Casting Directors will see COMPANY OR CD NAME and Talent Agents will see COMPANY OR AGENT NAME.

Simply change the name here and click on the UPDATE PROFILE button.
