Maria is a drama project aiming to bring elements from performance into the cinematic medium. Exploring the long term effects of childhood abuse, the focus of the film is on showing the mundane of everyday life, that keeps on going, concealing traumas of the past, which become heavier as time goes by.

Looking for actors based in BERLIN or ATHENS only.

Shooting in BERLIN; early 2021 (covid permitted).

Travel & accommodation covered. Paid – fee to be negotiated.

Rehearsals + 3 days shooting.
